The calm before the storm. Mike and Bill are back at it and then we start to prepare for the onslaught of guests over the next 5 or 6 months.
Mike started off with his reading and it was from 24 Hours A Day. It talked about how we had no ambition when we were drinking and we could barely do anything. Then we get sober and we have the ability to create things, achieve things and we find happiness in the good that we do. It was a great conversation.
Then it was on to Gratitude Month, Step 11, Matthew Perry, Rick Springfield, the election results, and the World Series (how much alcohol was consumed).
We wrapped up with an excerpt from the show House Of Cards and a share from an AA Meeting on the show. F*ck the zero.
