SoberNotMature - Episode 64 (Shay - Now With Positive Ripples)

Born and raised in Utah, she talked a little bit about her childhood and some of the challenges that she faced. She also shared that she didn't even touch alcohol until she was 19 and married.

When alcohol entered her life, so did the problems. A failed marriage, the rehabs, hiding her drinking and winding up in a facility on a 72 hour hold.

Then she found sobriety. Now 3 years sober, she is happily married, a mom of 2 girls, she has a community on social media and a life that she is proud of. Most importantly though, she has the ability to help people and cause "positive ripples." (hence the episode title)
