We started out with Mike's reading and it talked about not being the center of attention, the fact that we can't have everything, and doing the next right thing.

Then an Action item from a reading this week about resentments, that turned into a decent conversation.

On to anxiety, depression, getting early morning texts, someone messing with the word sober and we even got off on a tangent about our mom.
