We start off with a nice comment from one of our followers.  We like to hear nice things too.  

No fronts, but the one year mark for this podcast thing is right around the corner! Mike did a reading about "cheap little slogans" and we talked a bit about how those sayings helped us and continue to help us.

Then we remembered Phyllis, one of the founders of The Ed Keating Center, who passed away this week.  She was a big part of our sober lives and she helped hundreds of people just like us.  She was a wonderful human being, and she will be missed.
